Choose an interior package, an exterior package, or both. We’ll walk through the property with you and build a scope around its condition, your budget, and the work that matters before listing.
Interior preparation packages
1. Repair and touch-up
Focused interior repairs, minor drywall patching, selected caulk or grout repairs, paint touch-ups, and agreed door, trim and hardware repairs.
2. Interior refresh
The agreed repair and touch-up work, plus selected-room painting and selected trim, door, hardware and existing-location light-fixture updates.
3. Full interior preparation
The agreed interior refresh work, plus a comprehensive repair list, quoted whole-interior painting, agreed lighting replacements, and selected cabinet refinishing and countertop replacement.
Exterior preparation packages
1. Exterior cleanup
Roof and gutter cleaning within the agreed scope, plus pressure washing of suitable selected surfaces. Methods depend on surface condition and access.
2. Exterior repair and refresh
The agreed exterior cleanup work, plus selected minor nonstructural crack repairs, paint preparation and touch-ups, and agreed deck repairs.
3. Full exterior preparation
The agreed exterior repair and refresh work, plus quoted exterior repainting, expanded surface preparation and crack repairs, and deck replacement where specifically quoted.
A scope that fits your property
Each package is a starting point. Your written quote defines the rooms and exterior areas, quantities, repair limits, finishes, material allowances, price and planned schedule. Additional damage or work outside that scope is reviewed and approved separately.
Housecleaning, staging and decorating are not included. Work-area cleanup and project-debris handling are specified in the quote.
